At HELIASK, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed and shipped.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, returns are accepted only for eligible products.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
- Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or have had their safety seal removed are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Please do not return products to the manufacturer.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our customer support team after your request has been reviewed.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage
After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution will be provided.
Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Verify your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Lost or Missing Packages
Claims for lost, missing, or undelivered shipments must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the carrier marks the package as delivered.
To investigate your claim, we may request additional information or documentation.
Each claim will be reviewed individually.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, HELIASK reserves the right to investigate all refund requests.
Refunds or replacements may be denied if fraudulent activity, abuse of this policy, false claims, altered documentation, or misuse of our products is suspected.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide order records, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other relevant documentation to the payment provider to assist in resolving the dispute.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened dietary supplements
- Products with broken or removed safety seals
- Products that have been partially consumed
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
- Clearance or final sale items (where permitted by applicable law)
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
